Hand in Hand is a youth-led humanitarian initiative founded in response to the deep suffering experienced by families in Gaza. Born from the heart of the crisis, the initiative brings together people of goodwill from around the world to support those most in need.

We work to provide urgent food assistance, humanitarian aid, and community support to displaced and affected families across Gaza. Our mission is rooted in dignity, transparency, and direct impact — ensuring that help reaches people at the moment they need it most.
